LEG PLACEMENT
By default, legs are placed approximately 5cm in from the short sides of tables/benches and equidistant from the long sides.
If you would like a different placement (to allow people to sit at the ends of the table, for example), please let us know or if you have any questions/concerns, one of our furniture experts will be able to help you for optimal leg placement.

While we make every effort to ensure our product sizes are as listed throughout our website, as this product is bespoke and handmade, there may be minor discrepancies as a result of the handcrafted nature of the fabrication process. All measurements provided have an accepted tolerance of +/- 1cm.
Note regarding material characteristics:
Our bespoke furniture is meticulously handcrafted, utilising natural materials that inherently possess unique characteristics. These qualities contribute to the individuality and charm of each piece. As a result, slight variations in texture, colour, grain patterns, and surface imperfections may be present. These characteristics are not defects but rather part of the inherent beauty and authenticity of the materials we use.
Pictures are only a guide to the general appearance of the furniture. Each article differs in their unique nature in shape, colour and grain. Small cracks, discolorations, indentations, or scratches are absolutely normal in these natural pieces. Wood is a living material that has naturally grown and works accordingly. Every piece is made and customised by hand and by artisans.
Raw Steel Frame/Legs
Our raw steel frame/leg variants possess a natural steel sheen in a muted gunmetal grey tone, accentuated with ground silver highlights at the base and joining areas for a robust, factory-inspired appearance. If you wish to enhance your piece with a painted frame finish, please select a colour option.
Raw steel legs and frames are coated with a clear lacquer to prevent rusting.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Timeframe
Products are customised to individual specifications, which can result in a lead time of up to six weeks. Most orders are fulfilled sooner. Shipping times for all orders will be estimated at checkout.

We always accept free returns and issue full refunds for items with manufacturing defects or items that arrive damaged.
Since products are custom-made and on-demand, we reserve the right to assess returns for items without manufacturing defects where the purchaser has changed their mind on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to initiate a return, please get in touch with customer services as soon as possible.
Returns (Off-The-Shelf Products)
We offer full refunds to customers if they've told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. Goods must then be returned to us within 14 days of giving such notice.
